Acupuncture for Health and Wellbeing

Acupuncture for Health and Wellbeing

Acupuncture is a process that naturally improves health and wellbeing. By inserting thin, disposable needles into the surface of the skin, it is possible to repair muscle, tendon, ligament, and nerve pain, improve digestion, regulate breathing problems, adjust menstrual and reproductive imbalances, and reduce mental and physical problems, and more.

Microcurrent Muscle Toning

Microcurrent is a subsensory vibration that works with the body’s own electrical energy system. It is used to lift, restore, and reeducate facial muscles. Microcurrent can improve the production of healthy collagen and elastin, soften deep wrinkles and eliminate fine lines. It can be tailored to all types of skin and muscle tone.

“Halfway through my facial, Shellie sat me up to show me the difference between the side that had the microcurrent treatment and the side that didn’t. I was blown away by. The side she had treated looked tighter and more lifted than the other side.

Auriculotherapy

Auriculotherapy (Ear Acupressure)

Auriculotherapy uses the same skills as traditional acupuncture but limits treatment to the ear. Often referred to as ear reflexology, the surface of the ear contains hundreds of points that represent a map of the entire body. Stimulating specific points on the ear can affect the body to promote healing. Tiny seeds or crystals when placed on ear points apply the exact pressure necessary to naturally and non-invasively improve health and restore beauty.

Cupping2

Face Cupping

Small cone shaped suction cups slide along the face to increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, clear sinus congestion, and activate lymphatic drainage. Leaves you feeling and looking sculpted, glowing, and radiant.

Cupping2

Facial Gua Sha

For tender, congested, or sensitive skin, facial gua sha utilizes the innate healing properties of gemstones and minerals to massage and sculpt the face. Similar to face cupping, facial gua sha increases blood flow, reduces inflammation, clears sinus congestion, and activates lymphatic drainage to improve skin texture and appearance.

dermaroll1

Dermarolling Collagen Enhancement

Dermarolling is a natural treatment that tightens skin and improves the production of healthy collagen and elastin in skin cells. Stretch marks, wrinkles, scars and uneven, pitted skin are generally due to irregular or sluggish collagen production. A dermarolling treatment can stimulate the body to produce healthy collagen and repair damaged skin. New to this country, in Europe, dermarolling is considered comparable to that of fraxil laser. This treatment is non invasive and requires no down time. A course of three treatments is recommended.

LED

LED Light Therapy Treatment

The benefits of light therapy have been well documented over the past 20-30 years. NASA used red light grow fresh food in space and to heal damaged tissue from radiation among children with oral cancer. LED increases the production of healthy proteins such as collagen and elastin, improves circulation and lymphatic flow, and stimulates healthy cell production and metabolism. Blue light reduces redness, heals wounds, and calms irritated skin. It is used by dermatologists as a powerful treatment for acne. Recent studies indicate that green light reduces sun spots and evens skin tone while yellow light eliminates congestion and improves lymphatic flow.
