Please read through it carefully. After completion of the course, click here and it will direct you to the examination portion. Once you have completed the examination, you will be asked to submit a course evaluation form – we will use your feedback to improve our courses in the future. Be sure to include your name and acupuncture license number on the evaluation form so we can deliver your certificate
Your answers can be submitted by email or by postal mail. Please include your name and PayPal transaction number (this will be your ID number, please keep a record of it.)
To receive your certificate, please allow 24-48 business hours for delivery, if exam answers are sent via email. If you prefer to send your answers by postal mail please allow 5-7 business days after we receive them. In either case, you will receive your certificate via email. Please make sure that you can open a PDF attachment.
