Please read through it carefully. After completion of the course, follow the link below to the respective examination portion. Your answers can be submitted by email or by postal mail. Please include your name and PayPal transaction number (this will be your ID number, please keep a record of it.) You will receive an email confirmation with your exam results.
Evaluation after exam: Your feedback is important to us. Please take the time to submit an evaluation form after each course, as it required prior to receiving your certificate for all courses. Please include your name and acupuncture license number on your evaluation form for prompt delivery of your certificate.
Receiving your certificate: Check to make sure you have both submitted your exam AND evaluation. To receive your certificate, please allow 24-48 business hours for delivery, if exam answers are sent via email. If you prefer to send your answers by postal mail please allow 5-7 business days after we receive them. In either case, you will receive your certificate via email.
