How do I purchase a course?

Choose your course by clicking on the ‘Register for This Course’ icon located next to your course selection. Then follow the instructions for payment.

How do I access the course(s) I ordered?

Upon payment for the course(s), info@hamptonsacupuncture.com will automatically generate an email and send it to the exact address used for registration. The email will include instructions along with a PDF  attachment or video link containing the course content.

How long will it take for me to receive the PDF?

Purchasing your course will generate an email along with a PDF attachment or video link. If you do not see the course email within an hour after payment, please be sure that the email you are checking is the same as the address used for registration and payment. If you do not see the course email, please check your spam/junk mail folder for a message from info@hamptonsacupuncture.com.

How do I submit my exam answers?

Your answers can be submitted by email or by regular mail. Please take the time to carefully read the instructions in the course email.

How will I know if I passed?

A passing score of 70% is needed to pass the exam. Once you pass your course you will receive by email a certificate of completion. Once again, check your spam / junk mail folder if it does not arrive in the allotted time.

What if I don’t pass the exam?

If you do not pass the exam, you can take it again. A score of 70% is needed to pass the exam. The course is valid for one year from the date of purchase. You may retake it as many times as necessary. If you are having difficulty passing the exam you can contact the office for assistance at info@hamptonsacupuncture.com.

How soon will I receive my certificate?

If you return your answers via email, the turnaround time is 1-5 business days. If you prefer to send your answers by postal mail please allow 5-10 business days from the time you receive them. In either case, you will receive your certificate via email. Please make sure that you can open a Microsoft Word attachment.

What if I need a certificate immediately?

If you need your certificate in a hurry, please call the office at 212-388-0800 during business hours or email us at info@hamptonsacupuncture.com. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Is this distance education course approved by my state?

All of Shellie’s distance education courses are approved by CA, FL, NCCAOM, and all states that accept NCCAOM courses.

 What is the refund policy for these courses?

For distance learning courses and video(s), all sales are final.
